Effective Date: Effective Immediately 

1. Introduction 

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of photographs, images, and other visual media (“Photography”) produced by or for Biss Interiors London Ltd (“the Company”) in connection with interior design projects. By accessing, sharing, or using the Photography in any capacity, the recipient acknowledges and agrees to these terms. 

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property 

  1. All Photography, including but not limited to images, renders, videos, and other visual content created by Biss Interiors London Ltd, is the sole property of the Company. 

  2. All rights, including copyright, moral rights, and any other intellectual property rights, are fully reserved. 

  3. Photography purchased from third-party photography services is also included under these terms and is protected by the same ownership and usage conditions. 

  4. No ownership, license, or other rights are transferred to clients, third parties, or collaborators unless explicitly agreed in writing. 

3. Permitted Use 

  1. Clients may view and share the Photography for personal reference, project documentation, and inspiration only. 

  2. Biss Interiors London Ltd may grant limited usage rights for: Personal portfolio display 

  3. Social media sharing 

  4. Press or publication purposes Any such use must include proper attribution to Biss Interiors London Ltd and may not be altered, edited, or manipulated without prior written consent. 

4. Prohibited Use 

Without express written permission from Biss Interiors London Ltd, the following are strictly prohibited: 1. Reproducing, distributing, or publishing Photography for commercial gain. 2. Altering, editing, or creating derivative works from the Photography. 3. Claiming ownership or authorship of the Photography. 4. Using the Photography in advertising, marketing, or promotional material for third parties. 

5. Website, Portfolio & Social Media 

    1. Biss Interiors London Ltd retains the exclusive right to publish, display, and use all Photography on its: Website(s) 

    2. Social media channels (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) 

    3. Digital and print portfolios 

    4. Press and marketing materials 

    6. Clients consent to such use unless a specific written agreement restricts publication. 

6. Credit & Attribution 

  • When Photography is used outside of the Company’s channels, credit must be clearly given as: “Photography by Biss Interiors London Ltd” 

  • Any use without proper attribution constitutes copyright infringement. 

7. Modifications & Editing 

  1. Clients or third parties may not modify or manipulate the Photography, including but not limited to cropping, filtering, or overlaying text or logos, without prior written approval. 

  2. Unauthorized modifications may result in legal action and removal requests. 

8. Liability 

  1. Biss Interiors London Ltd is not responsible for any misuse, unauthorized use, or infringement of Photography by third parties. 

  1. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms when sharing Photography. 

9. Enforcement 

  1. Breach of these Terms may result in legal action under UK copyright law. 

  2. All disputes arising under these Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
